JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting into the E-Business Dept, the Marketplace E-Business Specialist:

• Responsible for the management of online marketplaces business for Dolce&Gabbana Middle East – end to end
• Responsible for gathering all the assets, data and information needed to manage marketing pushes on marketplaces websites on a regional level- UAE,KSA,KWT,BAH
• Collaborate with Finance Team for monthly sales reconcilliations
• Responsible for the technical onsite availability of products on marketplaces websites and support in new products launch
• Ad-hoc analyses and weekly updates on the performance of the channel at regional level
• Optimize all the E-Operations dataflows and processes, aiming at improving all the E-Operations KPIs affecting Customer Experience
• Participation in definition of digital, marketing, social, communication strategies and calendars
• Support the Go-To-Market team in finding new business channels & starting new point of sales (marketplace expansion regionally)
• Competitor analysis making sure to always be in line with latest trends on each marketplace
• Constant monitoring of business performances and trends and elaboration of plans and activities aimed at reaching the expected results

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English, second language is considered a plus
• The candidate is highly organized, efficient, able to track multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast and growing environment
• Strong analytical skills, versatility, ability to intercepts stakeholders’ needs and to perform as a team player.
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Attention to details, accuracy in the execution and knowledge of best practices and innovative solutions are necessary prerequisites
• Excellent interpersonal and proactivity skills, teamwork attitude and flexibility
