Data Analyst Full Time

Job Description

Beinex is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analysing results, and providing ongoing reports using his proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different regions. Arabic-speaking candidates from any Arab nationality or residing in any GCC country are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports using any BI platform like Power BI or Tableau.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies optimising statistical efficiency and quality.
• Work with clients across industries to help them achieve their Analytics and BI goals.
• Analyse data to quickly develop relevant KPIs, analysis stories, and wireframes.
• Develop dashboards/reports using Power BI utilising DAX, Power Query (M Language), and other advanced visualisation techniques.
• Develop dashboards/reports in Tableau using LOD calculations, filter and parameter actions, data joins/blends and other advanced techniques in Tableau.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Work with management to prioritise business and information needs.
• Proven work experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• Manage client communication and engagements by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders in different regions.

Key Skills Requirements

• A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prefer Arabic-speaking candidates from any Arab nationality or residing in any GCC country.
• Proficiency in Power BI/ Tableau or any BI platform.
• Prefer experience in Tableau Server and SQL Server Stack (SSRS/SSIS/SSAS).
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Conceptual understanding of other Microsoft BI Tech stack pieces like Azure Data Lake, Data Bricks,
• PowerApps, MS Flow, Cognitive services, etc.
• Experience generating reports from various data sources, including Oracle Warehouse and Bigdata.
• Capable of explaining and defending dashboards to client stakeholders (technical and business).
• Ability to conduct hands-on technical training sessions on Power BI or Tableau.
• Preliminary/conceptual knowledge of statistical concepts and advanced analytics models (predictive, classification, forecasting).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
