What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Superior Problem-Solving and Leadership Skills with the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
• ‘FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Stakeholders to Understand their Needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyses Data to identify Trends, Patterns, and Insights that inform ‘FIVE-Star’ Business Decisions.
• Develops and Documents exquisite Business Process Models to illustrate current and future states.
• Proposes and Designs ‘FIVE-Styled’ Technical and Process Solutions that meet FIVE’s ambitious Business
• Needs and Objectives.
• Identifies sensational Opportunities for Process Improvements and contributes to ongoing Optimisation Efforts.
• Conducts Competitor Analysis to inform Bespoke Pricing Strategies and market positioning, ensuring FIVE’s offerings remain Top-Tier.
• Identifies and Capitalises on emerging Market Trends to explore opportunities, aligning with FIVE’s Exquisite Vision.
• Contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Financial Planning, ensuring Excellence in Financial Performance.
• Leverages BI tools to Analyse Data and identifies performance variances for informed decision-making, ensuring Remarkable Precision.
• Assists in month-end Reporting and Invoice Reconciliation to ensure Exceptional Accuracy in Financial Records.
• Supports in developing and maintaining Curated Reporting Dashboards and presentations, showcasing ‘FIVE-Styled’ achievements.
• Assists in reviewing and optimising online and offline distribution channels for next-level Performance Improvement.
• Contributes to Special Projects and ad-hoc Tasks to support Strategic Objectives, driving Innovation and Excellence.
• Stays updated on Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies, providing Bold Insights for Disruptive Innovation.
