Charterhouse is working with a global logistics company that is looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Specialist for their Dubai branch.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing organisation working on some very interesting projects. The ICT Helpdesk Specialist will be responsible for providing 1st,2nd & 3rd line technical support to all employees (50 end-users) in Dubai and remote support to the surrounding branches.
The role will be focused on resolving issues with software, hardware, systems, devices and other IT-related systems. This ICT Specialist will be working closely with the IT Manager to ensure that all IT functions are running smoothly without any down time.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have an Associates degree or higher in computer science, information technology or any related field. Our client is looking to hire candidates that have a minimum of 3+ years working in a technical support role.
Experience with Apple Products (Mac, iPhone, iOS), Office 365, Microsoft (Windows), Fortinet Systems (Firewall), is essential for the role. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English are essential for this role.
