Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient functioning of the Executive Office by providing high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support to the Cluster General Manager overseeing Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai. This role demands strong analytical thinking, discretion, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, VIP guests, and internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to managing the GMs schedule, correspondence, and key initiatives.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership in luxury hospitality or corporate settings.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with digital communication tools.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
