As an Accountant Receivables at DP World, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations. Here’s what the role entails:

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for timely payments to ensure effective collections.
• Prepare and verify data for credit and debit notes, invoices, and journal vouchers to maintain transaction authenticity.
• Assist in monthly AR report preparation and act as a backup when needed.
• Ensure adherence to approved payment and credit terms.
• Participate in Month-End and Year-End financial closing activities.
• Support customer dispute resolution by providing financial history to internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate timely task closures affecting customer accounts, such as payment matching and refund processing.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
• Achieve KPIs for service requests and tasks, including bounced cheques and account reconciliation.
