Supply Chain Manager (DWC) Full Time

JOB PURPOSE:

ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified experienced Supply Chain Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee all supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s policies, procedures and business goals, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely material sourcing and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement systems to optimise stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimise stockouts.
• Analyse supply chain performance metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
• Work with management, planning, production, sales and finance to synchronize supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
• Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance supply chain processes and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, performance, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and standards related to supply chain operations, including safety and environmental considerations.
• Ensure contractual obligations are maintained for storage and handling of Customer, OEM and other 3rd party shipments and materials.
• Prepare, review and amend company policy and procedures as required.
• Ensure approved suppliers’ details are current.
• Ensure requirements for aircraft maintenance are provided promptly.
• Ensure minimum stock requirements are optimized and available.
• Focal person for Audits, be it Financial, OEM, Authority or Customer Audits, assigning duties as required to identify Root Cause and rectification actions to ensure contracts, regulations and policy obligations are met.
  Take on other duties as reasonably delegated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aeronautics or Supply Chain Management.
• Five plus years of proven experience in aviation supply chain management in a senior position.
• Advanced data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in aviation maintenance supply chain software and technology; experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in SAP and CORRIDOR is a plus.
• Knowledge of aviation supply chain management regulations, standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and techniques.

Desirable

• Advanced-level Excel and Word skills.
• Knowledge of UAE and Dubai Customs and other regulatory and ministerial requirements regarding import, export, and local transportation.
