Sr. Manager/OTT Communications & VAS Full Time

We are seeking a Wi-Fi Senior product Manager to manage the deployment of Wi-Fi services in labor camps, ensuring seamless operations, onboarding of camps, strategic growth, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive the success of Wi-Fi offerings in this unique and highly competitive segment.

Responsibilities

• Understand key customer needs and industry trends, competition and technology for Wi-Fi in Labour camps and other sectors.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with Wi-Fi technology vendors, and labor camp owners to deploy Wi-Fi solutions and services and build sustainable revenue-sharing models.
• Monitor and analyze product performance trends from financial, competitive and operational perspectives.
• Coordinate with service integrator vendors and business partners for smooth deployment and onboarding process, and marketing promotions to increase growth and adoption of the service.
• Work with engineering and Customer Care Center to ensure smooth complaint resolution and find permanent solution for issues that may arise.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to optimize service offerings and identify growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (technical, marketing, and finance) and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Market Research and Innovation: Constantly develop and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance Wi-Fi services and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with different departments to align the product with other initiatives.
• Collaborate with related segment team to prepare for go to market activities
• Develop a rolling 12-month plan for launching and expanding the Wi-Fi services across UAE and ensure achieving the yearly KPIs.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Wi-Fi service across all channels of sales and support
• Maintain effective external interfaces with business partners and technology partners.
• Monitor quality assurance measures & standards to ensure compliance with corporation practices and
• international standards; ensure compliance to corporate objectives, targets, standards and procedure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with proven commercial experience in selling and managing
• Wi-Fi or similar services
