Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to define requirements for reporting and analytics.
Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business processes and customer journeys, and translate these into actionable data insights.
Design and develop visually engaging Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) applications, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to support data-driven decision-making.
Optimize performance in CRMA, including query optimization, building scalable recipes, and creating reusable datasets.
Lead the design and creation of data transformation processes, such as dataflows, datasets, and dashboard wireframes.
Prepare data for effective visualization, which includes data profiling, cleansing, volume assessment, and modeling.
Ensure that related metrics across business units align with strategic priorities.
Monitor, analyze, and identify trends in key performance metrics to uncover insights.
Identify gaps in metrics that could provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and colleagues to facilitate informed decision-making.
Stay current with the latest features and updates in Salesforce CRM Analytics and proactively suggest enhancements to existing solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field.
A proven ability to tell a compelling story through visualizations and data, especially CRM-related data.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy in data collection and standardization of processes.
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM and Salesforce reports.
Expertise in Salesforce, particularly in the context of CRM Analytics and related tools.
