Project Manager

HiCareer is hiring on behalf of our client – a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup helping companies automate internal workflows, collaboration, and data handling. We’re looking for a structured, proactive Project Manager to keep cross-functional initiatives moving forward — from roadmap items to internal process improvements.

?? About the Company

This 40-person remote-first company builds automation tools used by scaling tech and services companies across Europe and North America. Their product helps teams work better across ops, product, and customer support functions.

The team is fully distributed across CET ±2 hours, with team members based in Berlin, Copenhagen, and London.

?? What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with Product, Ops, and Engineering teams to keep projects on track and communication crystal clear.
Support coordination of product sprints, launches, and internal projects
Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, and follow-ups
Keep stakeholders aligned through regular check-ins and documentation
Assist with documentation, retrospectives, and process optimizations
Help evolve internal project workflows as the company grows

Tools you’ll likely use:

Linear, Notion, Slack, Figma, Loom, Google Workspace, Miro

????? Is this you?

1–3 years of experience in a PM, ops, or cross-functional support role
Comfortable working remotely and across departments
Strong communicator with a structured mindset
Quick to spot blockers, bottlenecks, and missing pieces
Familiarity with SaaS or agile teams
