Job Summary:

It is at the heart of Property Finder’s purpose to develop compelling products which deliver strong value to our users and customers. We therefore seek a motivated, commercially savvy and outcome oriented Product Manager with an excellent track record of delivering continuous value.

The successful candidate will be a strong advocate for user-centred thinking and, working closely with the Head of Product, will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that retain users on our product and also re-engage them though owned media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discovery – use qualitative and quantitative research, design sprints and experiments to continuously validate product hypotheses throughout the development lifecycle.
• Delivery – facilitate design discussions, drive prioritisation, day-to-day delivery with engineers and define go-to-market approaches to deliver impactful products on time.
• Launch engaging user journeys via email, push, WhatsApp and other channels that seamlessly integrate the off-product experience with the on-product experience.
• Continuously analyse product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct competitive analyses to inform product strategy and maintain Property Finder’s market leadership position.
• Report on product performance, including to executive stakeholders.

Essential – Attitude, Knowledge and Skills:

• 4+ years product management experience in a technology driven environment, ideally with high traffic consumer applications.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing and other stakeholders.
• Working with engagement software such as Braze, Clever Tap, Iterable or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders – including negotiating priorities, explaining complex concepts in simple terms, and managing expectations.
• Preferred – Attitude, Knowledge and Skills:

Experience of delivering solutions in an international environment for multiple markets.
Online marketplace experience.
