Charterhouse are working with a reputable Global Law Firm that is looking to expand its IT Services department in the UAE office. They are currently looking to hire an experienced IT Support Specialist to support the Middle East offices with all IT-related queries.
This is a great opportunity to join a global company that is growing in the Middle East. This role will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance and support the end-users within the business.
The IT Support Specialist will be required to respond to users enquiries and technical issues through various channels, such as F2F, ticketing solutions (ServiceNow), phone, making sure tickets are logged and updated correctly. This role will also troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and any network problems in a timely manner.
Our client is looking for this candidate to have worked in the Legal, Professional Services or related field previously. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Windows 10 & 11, Mac, Office 365 and Exchange. They are using the desk software ServiceNow, and experience with this would also be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be proactive IT Systems Engineer who has a focus on customer experience. Ideally, they would have previous experience supporting over 50+ end users. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.
