Job Summary:

Guardians Prime is seeking a versatile IT & Multi-Function Support Specialist who brings technical skills along with a creative touch for marketing support.
This role combines IT expertise with a flair for design, helping with everything from laptop setup and troubleshooting to creating social media posts and designing logos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support, including configuring and formatting laptops, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth office equipment operation.
• Utilize basic programming skills for tech-related projects, automation, or internal tools.
• Assist the marketing team by designing social media posts, logos, and digital content.
• Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with team members and external IT services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with IT support, including laptop configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) for creating engaging posts, logos, and visual content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive, creative attitude.
