As our Head of Analytics, youll take the helm of our e-commerce data efforts, leading a team that powers strategic decisions for a business on the rise. This role puts you at the center of our analytics operationdesigning systems, uncovering insights, and driving growth through data. Working closely with leadership and key teams, youll shape how we understand customers and optimize performance, making a direct impact on our success in a competitive market.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of AED 55,000 – AED 75,000/month based on experience and qualifications, with opportunity for up to 10% performance bonus, all tax-free. This transparent range represents our full compensation spectrum, with specific offers determined by relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.

Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years leveraging digital analytics to drive tangible business and marketing outcomes in B2C environments.
2+ years experience with A/B testing tools and hypothesis development focused on website optimization.
Knowledge of data engineering and marketing technology stack integration.
Strong proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for sophisticated data analysis.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategies.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring high-performing analytics teams.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and upper management with insights backed by robust data analysis.
Experience with sleep, wellness, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce products.
Background with server-side tracking implementations and cookie-less measurement solutions.
