Are you passionate about creating extraordinary events that leave lasting impressions? We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive – Outside Catering to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our organization, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile events that exceed client expectations and showcase the vibrant culture of Dubai.

Develop and manage comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets for a diverse range of corporate and social events
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional event experiences
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
Handle incoming event inquiries professionally through multiple channels
Create detailed event proposals, including venue selection, function planning, menu curation, and accommodation arrangements
Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction
Manage on-site event operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event offerings
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports for continuous improvement
Assist in developing sales forecasts and strategies to achieve departmental targets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning and execution, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends
Familiarity with Dubai’s culture, regulations, and event landscape (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
