Driver Cum Supervisor Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Light Vehicle Driver Cum Supervisor/Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing transportation operations, ensuring the safety and punctuality of vehicle movements, and managing logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to assigned destinations.
• Supervise transportation schedules, routes, and logistics.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Manage loading and unloading of materials if required.
• Monitor driver performance and provide guidance when necessary.
• Maintain records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and repairs.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth operations.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Driving License with a clean record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Driver or Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and local routes.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
