Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and monitor worker performance.

• Update logs for incoming and outgoing documents, including letters, MIRs, RFIs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Submit documents to the main contractor for approval.
• Handle payroll processes for over 100 site staff and laborers.
• Convert, edit, and combine documents using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
• Maintain staff records, including personal and visa details, and coordinate with HR.
• Prepare weekly and monthly material stock reports.

IT Support (Added Advantage)

• Troubleshoot hardware and operating system issues.
• Install and configure operating systems and Wi-Fi networks.
• Manage IT assets and coordinate with IT engineers.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and Outlook emails.
• Handle ITSM applications and incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4 to 5 years of experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure.
