Clinical Researcher Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Researcher to lead and execute research initiatives that support TruDoc’s strategic clinical priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data analysis, research methodology, scientific writing, and publication in peer-reviewed journals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct clinical research projects in alignment with TruDoc’s strategic objectives.
• Generate real-world evidence (RWE) and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Develop study protocols, ethical submissions, data collection plans, and statistical analysis frameworks.
• Draft and submit high-quality research manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Collaborate with internal teams including data analytics, medical operations, and quality to source, validate, and interpret clinical data.
• Monitor emerging trends in digital health, telemedicine, and value-based care to identify new research opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Clinical Research, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in clinical or health services research, preferably in digital health or telemedicine settings.
• Proven track record of authoring and publishing research in reputable journals.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, or STATA) and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of research ethics, regulatory guidelines, and evidence-based healthcare.
• Excellent analytical thinking, scientific writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred

• Experience with real-world data (RWD) or real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
• Familiarity with value-based care models, patient-reported outcomes, and health economics.
• Previous involvement in digital health, remote patient monitoring, or telemedicine programs.
