Job Description

• Collaborate with the continuous monitoring of the company’s purchasing program for raw materials, materials, products and equipment.
• Support purchasing management in the search and evaluation of suppliers, both new and existing.
• Prepare the company’s purchase orders jointly with the Purchasing Manager.
• Collaborate in the structuring of purchasing files, both local and import.
• Support purchasing management in the timely delivery of invoices to the finance department for proper registration through the purchase order, specifying therein the prices, payment conditions and place of delivery.
• Provide support in requesting payments from suppliers, ensuring that all conditions agreed upon in the purchase order are met.
• Support in updating the Purchasing module in the ADM Cloud system.
• Prepare area reports required by purchasing management.
• Support in the maintenance of quality management system data, in accordance with purchasing processes.
• Other functions related to the position.

Job Experience

• Graduate student or graduate in Administration, Accounting or related careers.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar positions.
• Mastery of MS Office.
• Immediate availability.
