Compensation
Competitive salary range of AED 15,000 – AED 22,000/month based on experience and qualifications, with an opportunity for up to a 10% performance bonus, all tax-free. This transparent range represents our full compensation spectrum, with specific offers determined by relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.
What You’ll Achieve
As our AI Hunter, you’ll be the vanguard of our AI exploration and implementation:
Become our AI Radar: Proactively discover, dive deep into, and rigorously test 15-20+ emerging AI tools and platforms weekly, identifying practical applications that give Puffy a competitive edge.
Translate AI Potential into Business Reality: Create compelling evaluations and share real-time insights with senior leadership, championing the most promising AI solutions.
Drive AI Adoption Across Puffy: Partner with diverse teams to understand their needs, identify automation opportunities, and spearhead pilot programs for new AI tools, providing hands-on support from setup to success.
Build Our AI Knowledge Hub: Maintain a dynamic database of tested tools, track adoption success, and become the company’s go-to expert for “what’s new and what works” in AI, solidifying Puffy’s reputation as an AI innovation catalyst.

We’re looking for someone with an insatiable curiosity for AI and the drive to make things happen.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
AI Obsessed & Passionate: You have a genuine, demonstrable obsession with AI and its advancements. You live and breathe this space.
Experienced & Agile: You bring 1-3 years of experience from tech, startups, or dynamic digital environments, with a Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proactive & Self-Driven: You are a natural self-starter who can independently navigate the AI landscape and move from idea to action with minimal guidance.
Hands-On AI Practitioner: You have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms, craft effective prompts, and rigorously test the limits of various AI tools.
Analytical & Strategic Communicator: You can synthesize complex findings into clear comparison matrices, evaluations, and business cases for senior leadership.
Resilience & Bias for Action: You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, embrace a “fail fast” mentality, and are driven to execute over analyze.
Good-to-Have Skills
Demonstrated Projects: Personal projects or active engagement in AI communities that showcase your passion are a significant plus.
Technical Aptitude: An aptitude for understanding basic coding concepts (e.g., Python) and data analysis. Prior experience using AI for coding is a plus, but not a requirement for this role.
