Details

§ Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate solutions to their fleet-related needs.

§ Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and logistical issues related to fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and equipment issues.

§ Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including fleet operations, sales, and maintenance, to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers.

§ Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify creative solutions to complex customer issues.

§ Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service and reduce operational costs.

§ Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate reports on customer interactions, issue resolutions, and process improvements.

§ Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including vehicle information, customer contacts, and maintenance history.

§ Customer Education: Provide educational resources and support to customers to help them understand their fleet-related needs and options.
