We are seeking an exceptional Creative Manager, Social Video to join our team in Dubai. In this role, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will own our creative efforts that transform marketing briefs into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving content across Meta and TikTok platforms. You’ll be the mastermind behind our video-first strategy on platforms like Meta and TikTok, transforming marketing briefs into delightfully weird, wonderfully human, and wildly effective stories.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of AED 20,000 – AED 30,000/month based on experience and qualifications, with opportunity for up to 10% performance bonus, all tax-free. This transparent range represents our full compensation spectrum, with specific offers determined by relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.
Concept & Storyboard: Lead the charge in brainstorming and developing a high volume of original video concepts for Meta (Reels, Stories) and TikTok, from initial spark to final script and storyboard.
Creative Direction: Own the visual identity and narrative tone of our social video content. You’ll direct everything from casting and performance to editing and post-production, ensuring every frame aligns with our brands quirky and memorable voice.
High-Velocity Production: Manage a rapid-fire creative pipeline. You’ll work with internal teams, freelancers, and content creators to produce a steady stream of video assets, ready for A/B testing and iteration.
Collaborate with Purpose: Partner closely with the Marketing team to understand whats working and why. You’ll use data insights not as a creative constraint, but as a springboard for your next brilliant idea.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be our in-house expert on social media culture. Youll live and breathe TikTok trends, new Instagram features, and emerging video formats, translating them into opportunities for our brand.
Bring Stories to Life: Oversee video shoots (both in-studio and remote/UGC-style), guiding editors, animators, and talent to bring your vision to life in a way that feels native to each platform.
Innovate with AI: Experiment with and implement AI tools for script variations, visual concepting, and rapid asset generation to accelerate our creative testing roadmap.
A Killer Portfolio: You have an outstanding portfolio showcasing a strong emphasis on short-form video content (Meta, TikTok) created for DTC or consumer-facing brands. We want to see your ability to create compelling hooks, tell stories, and inject personality and humor.
DTC/Social-First Experience: 5+ years of experience in a creative role (Art Director, Content Creator, Creative Director) at a DTC brand or an agency serving them. You understand the pace and the direct link between creative and performance.
Video Virtuoso: Deep, native understanding of the video content ecosystem. You know what works on TikTok vs. Instagram Reels and can articulate the nuances of a successful creative strategy for each.
Conceptual Genius: Proven ability to translate a marketing objective or a customer insight into a powerful, original creative concept. You think in narratives, not just features and benefits.
Visual Direction Chops: A sharp eye for what makes a visual compelling on a small screenfrom pacing and typography to color theory and composition.
Leadership & Project Management: Experience leading creative projects from start to finish, managing timelines, and directing freelancers or junior creatives to execute your vision.
Advanced technical skills in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and motion graphics capabilities.
AI tool proficiency with experience using generative AI platforms (e.g., Veo 3, Midjourney, Runway, Pika) for creative development.
Creative background in comedy writing, improv, or filmmaking with ability to inject authentic humor into brand storytelling.
Talent management experience with proven ability to direct influencers, UGC creators, and on-screen talent effectively.
