DC Supervisor Full Time

Job Description

• Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor order accuracy, turnaround time, and daily workload completion.
• Ensure inventory integrity through cycle counts and proper stock rotation
• Assign daily tasks and shifts; ensure proper manpower allocation.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the warehouse team.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate with transport, procurement, and retail teams to support store replenishment and special deliveries.
• Act as the first point of contact for resolving floor-level issues
• Communicate clearly with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
