Planning Engineer Full Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in villa renovation and interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in project scheduling, resource planning, and progress tracking ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor and track project progress against baseline and update schedules accordingly
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, procurement, and subcontractors to gather real-time updates
• Prepare look-ahead programs, delay analysis reports, and recovery plans as needed
• Assist in planning labor, material, and equipment resources to meet project milestones
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and client reviews
• Ensure all planning activities comply with contract requirements and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 3-5 years of UAE experience specifically in villa renovation or interior fit-out projects
• Sound understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and material lead times
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
