Job Description

Hiring: Accountant (Immediate Joiners Only)
Location: Dubai
Industry: Real Estate Development
Our esteemed Real Estate Developer client in Dubai is looking for an Accountant with hands-on experience in the UAE market. This is a general accounting role with exposure across core financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Process vendor payments, track invoices, and manage petty cash
• Assist in monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and compliance checks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely financial reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Dubai’s real estate development sector
• Solid understanding of UAE accounting practices and VAT
• Must have worked with a real estate developer
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
