Job Summary:
As a Planning Manager for Interior Fitout, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning process for interior fit-out projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Job Responsibility:
– Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and milestones for interior fit-out projects.
– Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
– Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or roadblocks, taking proactive measures to keep projects on track.
– Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to address any design changes, scope adjustments, or unforeseen challenges that may arise during the project.
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in project planning and management within the interior fit-out industry.
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and design elements specific to interior fit-out projects.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling and tracking project progress.
