Sales Manager Full Time

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Financial Institution who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Developing and executing a strategic sales plan.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Present sales and realistic forecasts to the management team.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience within the Trading/Financial Services/Fintech industry.
Must have a proven track of track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
Must have experience within the MEA region.
Experience in liquidity in FX and/or Equity products.
Strong understanding of global and regional financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management protocols within the MEA region.
