Job Responsibilities

Senior Accountant

• Prepare monthly group consolidated Cash Flow statement with commentary and analysis on KPIs.
• Prepare quarterly VAT reports for multiple entities and liaise with third-party filing agents.
• Prepare and file GST and Company Tax Returns for International business.
• Prepare management reports such as Discount Analysis, Customer Footfall analysis, and CRM Data Analysis (Product-wise sales).
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, Bank reconciliation, and Inter-Company Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly Creditors & Debtors Reports for higher management.
• Prepare sales comparison reports and store-wise profit/loss reports.
• Handle cash for all UAE retail outlets.
• Verify daily retail sales posted to the general ledger from retail software to the main software.
• Ensure accurate accounting of all Outdoor sales, B2B, and B2C (E-commerce) sales, including product pricing, discounts, and shipping charges.
• Manage a team of 6 members, review their work, and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare pre-audit schedules, financial records, and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
