Sales Effectiveness Specialist Full Time

Job Purpose

As the Sales Effectiveness Specialist, along with the management direction, you will act as a supportive partner to Emirates Sales Effectiveness and Product support team and the wider Commercial stakeholders to assist on Sales tools enhancement and automation, CRM system development, understanding and anticipating Network Sales Teams and future business needs, contribute to Sales processes optimization initiatives. Your role will be to enable stakeholders understanding of their strategy and to effectively deliver support in key areas: communication and other Sales effectiveness requirements to help the successful adoption of available Sales tools and associated tech solutions.

In this role, you will:

Sales Teams Effectiveness (excellence) and Process Optimisation

• Assist in identifying the sales common processes which require automation, and/or the deployment of case management to ensure efficiencies.
• Support the activity of creating a commercial business capability by organise, creating agendas and collating feedback from CO/Sales teams in the network in regards to areas of development for tools and systems that are required to support the sales function, and any new Technology requirements relevant to new distribution strategy such as data and reporting in B2B Customer Relationship Management Platform (SFDC) relevant to
• Emirates GateWay (EGW) requests and status of these requests.
• Help in creating the usability reports with users feedback, on the multiple deployed technology solutions and assist the team in the creation of reporting dashboards, which would help to deploy corrective actions where needed.
• Create messages and content that supports the commercial Policies, and the existing Processes, Procedures,
• Rules and Regulations and help answer queries from users and collate their feedback for further enhancements and suitability.

Communication & Content Management

Work on the creation of different commercial communication needs for the sales teams and ensure they are enabled by suitable and relevant communication tools for internal and external communications.
Support in the creation of sales/commercial content on the global Emirates partners portals to ensure timely and quality content creation, and manage the overall effectiveness on an ongoing basis including additional sites with language requirements as assigned by line manager.

Central Sales Excellence Support

As a member of the services team, timely attend to the multiple mailboxes, requests, emails and queries from the wider commercial teams to offer high quality and relevant support on the centralised services within the department.
Offer line manager suggestions and ideas to further enhance and automate these

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Commercial/Sales/trade communication
• Experience working in a commercial environment, with responsibility for providing management reporting incorporating sales forecasting, diagnostics, trend analysis and competitor insight.
• Experience in providing and implementing commercial and CRM solutions within an airline.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with all divisions of the Commercial Operations department.
• Excellent analytical ability with an understanding of data processing and information systems, tools and applications for airline marketing.
• Familiarity and experience with current Emirates applications and systems and the ability to interrogate these systems for detailed market, route and class analysis.
• Technical knowledge of system integration techniques such as API, web services, etc. Salesforce.com Certified Administrator is an advantage
