Job Description

The First Group is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is enthusiastic about design, and able to create visually stunning graphics for all our verticals. Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Creative Marketing, the graphic designer will be responsible for supporting all design requests, including F&B menus, social artworks, email banners, business cards, hiring posters – to name a few.

1.Content Creation:

i.Real Estate

• Design graphics for social media, websites, and email campaigns, and TV screens.
• Design business cards, hiring posters, certificates, as per requirements.
• Design greeting artwork for special events to be used on social platforms.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital and print platforms.

ii.Hospitality

• Design and edit menus, event invitations, and in-room promotional materials.
• Design greeting artwork for special events to be used on social platforms.
• Prepare and manage print-ready files, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital and print platforms.

iii.Travel

Design graphics for social media, as per requests.
Maintain consistent visual branding across all artwork.

2.Collaboration with Teams:

• Collaborate with departments to ensure designs support sales, promotions, and guest engagement strategies.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

3.Brand Consistency and Quality Control:

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all brand touchpoints.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing Strategy or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer is ideal.
• UAE National with Family book
