IT Asset Specialist

Solid experience of Hardware, Software asset management (preferably in Service Now and ITSM). Updating, maintaining the CMDB and managing the CI relationships, Strong understanding of ITIL and the interrelationships of the CMDB with the entire process, Managing the software and hardware IT assets within organization (Asset lifecycle, Underused/Overused Software Licenses, Expired Warranties), Asset Tracking and Monitoring, Forecasting and assessing the demand/requirement and making sure adequate stock is available. Reconciles RFI/RFQ, PRs in ERP (D365) System.
