About you

To be considered for the Marsh Early Careers program you should be a UAE national (with a family book), a final-year student or recent graduate who demonstrates: –

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Degree level education in Politics, Business Management, Economics, Marketing or Psychology
• Enthusiasm for developing a long-term career within the professional services industry
• Ability to work in teams in the spirit of collaboration, engagement and inclusion
• Fluency in English (Arabic language is an advantage)
• Passion to develop a long-term career in the areas of risk, strategy and people
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Result-orientation
